Surf
Surfers perform maneuvers and tricks on a wave, and are then graded by five judges according to the variety of their sequence, the type of tricks performed and their difficulty. The speed, power and flow of the surfers are also taken into account in the ratings delivered by the judges. The board retained for this summer is the shortboard, a faster and more manageable board because of its smaller size than that of a longboard, and favoring spectacular figures.
